Technical Program Committee (TPC) of this IEEE International Conference will assign paper to Review Committee (RC) for two blind reviews. The Review is using Contents, methodology, results, and discussion along with references as a criterion for a final decision on acceptance. Further, RC decides about paper that which conference theme the paper falls.
Accordingly, the authors will be notified for formatting their paper as per Conference IEEE format shared on website and through email.
Technical Program Committee of 2026 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Data-Driven Social Change is providing the following options for authors:
• To Publish Abstract for Conference Booklet.
• To Publish Full paper in HEC recognized Journal subject to the scope and policy of the journal.
• To Publish Full paper for inclusion in IEEE Xplore subject to the scope and quality of the paper.
Authors are suggested to submit full papers of no more than six (6) pages.
A conference article or paper should have the following elements:
• Metadata – title, keywords, abstract, professional affiliation(s), and cited references in the bibliography must be included, and written in the English Language.
• Abstract – a brief and objective summary that previews the rest of the paper it describes. It should be succinct yet provide enough information about the paper to facilitate a decision on whether the entire paper could be read with profit.
• Introduction – an introductory statement of the purpose of the paper, usually describing the hypothesis that will be tested and a summary of related previous work by others.
• Methods – the methods that are used to test the hypothesis should be given in sufficient detail that another researcher in the field could duplicate the testing.
• Results – the hypothesis should be tested and data representing the results of the testing presented.
• Conclusion – the data should be discussed and the results interpreted, and conclusions given.
• References – in standard IEEE double-column format.

Submission
Papers reporting original and unpublished research results are solicited. Submissions must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere while being evaluated for this conference. Submission of papers should be regarded as a commitment such that, if accepted, at least one author of the paper will register and attend the conference; otherwise it will not be published in IEEE Xplore.
Initial Paper Submission Guidelines
1. The paper submission is through the EasyChair conference page.
2. The decision regarding the acceptance of the papers is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee and Review Committee.
3. Note that short and review-type manuscripts will not be considered and may be withdrawn from the submission.
4. All papers submitted to the ICDDSC-2026 must be written in English and formatted in the standard IEEE Xplore double-column format (A4 size), you can download the paper template.
Note: If you are using the Easychair system for the first time, you need to create an account first.
Final Paper Submission Guidelines
1. Upon acceptance, at least one of the authors listed in the paper must submit a final paper and register for the conference and present the paper according to the schedule of the conference. If the presenter is unable to attend the conference for any reason, your accepted paper will not be considered for submission in the proceeding to the IEEE Xplore.
2. All papers submitted to the ICDDSC-2026 must be written in English and formatted in the standard IEEE Xplore double-column format (A4 size).
Note: the camera-ready (final) manuscript template has a header and footer of IEEE Copyright on the first page.
3. When you submit your manuscript, the overall full paper similarity score should be less than 25% and one source should be less than 5% according to the conference regulation. If your paper fails to comply with the regulation, it will not be reviewed and excluded from the conference.

For faster inclusion of our conference paper in IEEE Explore, the camera-ready PDF quality needs to adhere to stringent quality checking.
For that purpose, please note that all final papers must be converted using PDFexpress from the following link, in accordance with the IEEE PDF specification.
Do not use Save As PDF from MS Word, but convert it through PDF Express.
Use IEEE PDF eXpress to check your PDF file or to convert a .doc/docx Paper into an IEEE Xplore compatible PDF file.
