The 3rd International Conference on Data-Driven Social Change (ICDDSC-2026) is a dynamic platform for researchers, practitioners, technologists, and policymakers to explore how data and emerging technologies are reshaping societies. In today’s rapidly evolving digital age, data has become a powerful driver of progress, equity, and innovation. From agriculture to health, education to environment, and governance to gender equality, data-driven approaches are reshaping how societies understand and solve complex problems. ICDDSC-2026 aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and technologists to explore how data can be used not just for efficiency, but for empowerment, transformation, and sustainable development. Organized with the technical support of IEEE Karachi Section and Financial Support by IEEE Student Branch @ SAU Tandojam and Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam and hosted at Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam, this conference seeks to bridge the gap between data science and social impact, enabling sustainable development, inclusive governance, smart agriculture, livestock, climate action, education, health, and digital empowerment. Experts from academia, industry, civil society, and government will converge to share pioneering work, exchange ideas, and foster partnerships.

Theme of the Conference: "Harnessing Data and Emerging Technologies for Inclusive and Sustainable Social Transformation" This theme underscores the critical role of data analytics, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), geospatial technologies, and digital platforms in addressing global challenges—ensuring that the benefits of technological advancement reach all segments of society, particularly in underserved and developing regions. Join us at ICDDSC-2026 to explore how data-driven approaches are not just transforming technology—but are also empowering people and communities to shape a better, more equitable future.
